American Joshua Franco and Colombian Oscar Negrete completed their trilogy with a fresh draw at the Verizon Theater in Texas, in a fight for the WBA-International belt, which remained in the hands of Franco.

The judges cards came in 96-94, 94-96 and 95-95, to end the fight in a draw. The first confrontation between the two was in October of 2018 and also ended even, while in April of this year they returned to the ring and Joshua took a split decision to keep the international belt of the oldest sanctioning body in the world.

Now, with all the close rounds of the previous fights, the third fight was carried out, with a confrontation of good action and a lot of strategy in which there were more very even rounds and whose tie was the most fair result for both the protagonists and the fans.

The fight was part of the support of the main event that featured Vergil Ortiz Jr. and Antonio Orozco, which was one of the most exciting for the attendees and for those who could watch the fight on television.

Thus, a great trilogy was completed between two warriors who have left everything in the ring. Franco now has 15 wins, 1 loss, 2 draws, and 7 knockouts. For his part, Negrete now has 18 wins, 2 losses, 2 draws, and 7 knockouts.
