Julius Indongo and Terence Crawford are ready to go in the ring and fight for the World Boxing Association (WBA) Super Lightweight title in a unification bout of the division’s most important belts. Both fighters made weight before their bout in Nebraska this Saturday.

The Namibian Indongo, owner of the WBA belt, hit the scales at 139 pounds, while Crawford stopped the scale at 140 pounds. This bout is one of the most significant in the division in recent years because it involves the most important championships and two undefeated boxers who are possibly the best in this category.

The height of the boxers puts an interesting ingredient into the fight, which seeks to proclaim the real king at 140 pounds today.

Crawford, with a great career in the United States and a native of Omaha, is at the top of boxing both in the sport and commercially. He has won his 31 professional fights, 22 of them by knockout and is looking to take another step in his successful career. On the other hand, Indongo has made a great career in Africa and Europe mainly and after defeating Ricky Burns, he earned the right to have this fight. He has a balance of 22 wins and 11 knockouts.
