WBA light-minimum weight titlist Ayaka Miyao (13-1, 2 KOs), 102, also kept her belt when she displayed her sharpness and strength against a cute and lanky Thalander Buangern Onesongchaigym (10-5-1, 1 KO), 102, to finish her for the count at 1:30 of the fifth session.  Having defeated official challenger Getchen Abaniel in her previous defense, Miyao, making her fourth defense, proved she gained more power than previously and battered the game challenger from all angles to effectively hurt her.  But the good loser Buangern, still 21, looked promising despite her well-praised defeat.
