Katie Taylor and Amanda Serrano held public workouts in New York on Wednesday on the eve of their fight this Saturday at Madison Square Garden.

Both Taylor and Serrano were in the ring along with their workout teams to show off their tools, talked with fans and press, and pose for the cameras of the photographers present at the event.

Taylor did some moves and worked on her precision with a tennis ball tied to her cap, an exercise she usually does in this kind of sessions. The World Boxing Association (WBA) lightweight champion looked calm and animated for the big challenge ahead.

Serrano, for her part, carried out some gauntlet work with her trainer and was seen to be a little more active in her training. The Puerto Rican offered statements to the media and assured to be ready to have a great night next Saturday.

Now they only have to go to the final press conference and on Friday they will go to the scales to weigh the 135 pounds that the division dictates, once the weight is reached, they will be qualified to fight for the undisputed lightweight championship.
