Today, the Mexican trainer Ignacio “Nacho” Beristain celebrates 75 years and the World Boxing Association sends its most affectionate greetings and congratulation.

He was born in Veracruz, Mexico; he was a boxer and is currently engaged in training young talents alongside other greats as Juan Manuel Márquez.

Along the way he has managed to prepare 25 world champions and expects to continue increasing that number.

We want to express our greatest affection in this special day to this Hall of famer who is an example of work, constancy and humility.
