Former WBA world champion, Luis Collazo conquered the World Boxing Association Super Flyweight International championship, when he defeated Ángel Sánchez by unanimous decision at the Cowboys Dance Hall, San Antonio, Texas.

Collazo dominated the actions from beginning to end in a fight that did not present any complication than the common clinches and got him the scoring of the judges 97-93, 98-92 and 99-91.

The Puerto Rican has a record of 33-61, 17 KO´s, and Sanchez has 12-3-1, 6 KO´s.
