“I started boxing at age 8 so I know how important is to learn at a early age with good teachers in a serious gym” said Moreno at the official opening held on Thursday night.

The decoration of the walls includes photos of the 29 World champions born in Panama, specially from very important moments of Moreno´s career plus a photo gallery to honor local boxing journalists.

“The kids will not only get physical and technical guidance but will also learn about the rich boxing history of our country so we decided to add photos and a good quality audio and video system to show some taped fights and give them speech”, Anselmo added.
