The Championships Committee of the World Boxing Association announced the official cancellation of the Purse Bid summoned to grant the promotional rights for the fight between super champion Anselmo “chemito” Moreno and champion Koki Kameda, on Tuesday, December 10, 2013 at the WBA offices of Panama.

The bid has been cancelled due to the formal resignation of the bantamweight champion the Japanese Koki Kameda.

On Friday morning was received the letter signed by the Japanese fighter stating his interest to change division, and requesting his rating at 115 pounds.
