World Boxing Association (WBA) World Female Lightweight Champion Katie Taylor retained her title while scoring her 10th victory against Kimberly Connor via third round technical knockout.

Taylor looked her usual very impressive self as she came out landing right hands right away and while Connor landed a couple punches of her own Taylor was able to walk her down, with the referee being forced to step in and stop the fight in only the third round with Connor on unsteady legs.

The WBA Female Lightweight Champion “KT” is staying busy as she already has plans to defend her title in October, back on American soil after coming off of an impressive victory over Victoria Noelia Bustos at the Barclays Center in Brooklyn this April.

The gold medalist Taylor is one of the fastest rising stars in female boxing and has put on nothing short of impressive performances in her ten professional fights dating back to less than two years ago.
