Murata starts training in Japan.

Japanese Ryota Murata (13-1, 10KOs), current World Boxing Association (WBA) Middleweight champion is in the province of Okinawa, Japan, where he started a training camp on January 10. All this looking forward to his next fight, which is expected to be scheduled for April.

Murata, who turned 32 on January 12, feels he has renewed strength to think about the future. Besides, he is currently motivated to contribute to making Japanese professional boxing even better, as he told reporters.

The champion from the Land of the Rising Sun, obtained his WBA world title after beating Cameroonian Hassan N’Dam, who could not pass the seventh round on October 22.
