The court of First Instance N° 05 in Vitoria-Gasteiz, Spain, dismissed the lawsuit of the EBA against World Boxing Association.

Last year, the Sports Cultural Association EBA, filed a complaint in a Court in Spain against the WBA, claiming working relationship.

However, the Judge José Núñez Corral ruled the dismissal of the case filed by EBA but also indicates that European entity shall pay all expenses related to defense.

Judge Nuñez indicates after reviewing all the evidence submitted by the parties involved, ratifies that he could not verify the allegations presented by EBA.
