The Puerto Rican Luis Pabón will be the referee of the thirteenth defense of the super bantamweight 118 lbs champion of the World Boxing Association, Anselmo “chemito” Moreno with the Dominican Juan Carlos Payano, on September 26, 2014, in Mesquite, Texas.

Together with Pabon will be Alfredo Polanco (MEX), Rafael Ramos (US), Cesar Ramos (PUR) and the supervisor will be the Colombian Francisco Piña.

The challenger Payano has 15-0 con 8 KO´s, whi the bantamweight champion Chemito Moreno has 35-2-1, 12 KO´s.
