Congratulations to Roberto Duran

Today we join the celebration of an another birthday of the multiple panamanian world champion, Roberto “Hands of Stone” Duran, universal boxing pride.

The Family of the World Boxing Association wishes him a happy birthday.

Duran was born on June 16, 1951, and at 16 he entered into boxing to make history with five world titles, being the first Latino to do so.

With effort and hard work the became an idol and was considered the best pound for pound during his days of glory. He ended his 33-year-career with the impressive record of 104 triumph, 16 losses, no draws and 69 KO’s.

He is a latin American and world boxing reference.
