The World Boxing Association (WBA) Classification Committee announced its ranking for December 2017 on Sunday night.

The Boxer of the Month was awarded to Japanese boxer Ryoichi Taguchi, who beat Filipino Milan Melindo by unanimous decision on the last day of 2017.

The ranking covers the period from December 1 to December 31, 2017, and it includes the 15 boxers who could fight for a world championship on each weight division.
