Caracas, June 5th , 2009 – When all the attention was focused on the Chagaev v. Valuev II cancellation in Helsinki  WBA top executives President Gilberto Mendoza, International Coordinator Renzo Bagnariol and treasurer Alberto Sarmiento had a different agenda. WBA has always promote the regional bodies development as a key success in the organization plans thus Mendoza, Bagnariol and Sarmiento gathered to brainstorm new ideas in the strategic plan to be presented at Cartagena Convention 2009.
