WBA orders Roman Gonzalez and Kazuto Ioka to negotiateWBA Press. January 24. Nicaraguan Román “Chocolatito” González, World Boxing Association, Light Flyweight Super Champion and the Regular champion, Kazuto Ioka, were called to negotiate their next fight.

Pursuant WBA Rules both parties were given a 30-day-period to negotiate, that will end on February 23 the time to reach an agreement.

Rules also states that the fight should take place 90 days after the December 31 bout. This time will include the thirty days negotiating period.

Gonzalez, 25, holds an undefeated record of 34 wins, with 28 KO’s; while the Japanese champion, is also undefeated with 11 7 KO’s.
