                                               RESOLUTION

The Members of the Directorate of the World Boxing Association join the mourning of the Nazareth family.

                                                    WHEREAS

1. On july 22, 2009, Mr. Marco Nazareth passed away in Puerto Vallarta, Jalisco, Mexico.

2. Mr. Marcos Nazareth made his professonal debut on December 10, 2005, his record was 4-4 3 KOs.

                                                    RESOLVES

1. Deeply mourn the sensible passed away of Mr. Marco Nazareth.

2. Present our sincere condolences to the Nazareth family

3. Be carriers our solidary support message to the Nazareth family, in these moments of mourning and pain, hoping that God`s infinite light mitigates the traces of sadness with the hope of the eternal resurection.

4. Hand this resolution to the Nazareth family.
