The WBA shares the last video image of Carlos Eleta Almaran

At the age of 95, died the Panamanian businessman and promoter Carlos Eleta Almarán, so the World Boxing Association family sends its warmest condolence words to his family and friend for his sensible loss.

Eleta was also famous ballad composer called the History of Love, and founder of the first radio and tv network in Panama, called RPC.

He was born on May 16, 1918; entered the boxing world in 1941 promoting boxers, like the great figure Roberto “Hands of Stone” Durán.

According to the information given to the media, the funeral will be on January 18, in the Church El Carmen at 3:00 pm.
