Argentine welterweight Hector “El Tigre” Saldivia retained his WBA Fedelatin title via unanimous decision over Colombian William Morelo this weekend at the Estadio Cr. Gaston Guelfi in Palacio Peñarol in Montevideo, Uruguay. The decision of the judges after eleven rounds was 108-104 1/2, 107-102 and 108-102. Saldivia dominated almost all the fight, dropping Morelo in the third round. In other results,  Alejandra “Locomotora” Oliveras from Argentina win by unanimous decision against Adriana Salles of Brazil in a 10 rounder for the vacant WBA Female Fedelatin featherweight title.
