WBA President Gilberto Mendoza delivered the WBA Super belt to Referee Luis Pabon from Puerto Rico at “XXII Ko To Drugs” held last Saturday at Arena Roberto Duran in Panama City, Panama. Pabon made his 100th world tilte fight as he was the third man in the ring for the WBA Cruiserweight title fight between Guillermo Jones vs Valery Brudov.
