WBA Press. December 22. The WBA ordered to begin the negotiations for the fight between the super heavyweight champion Wladimir Klitschko and the regular champion Alexander Povetkin, according to a resolution published by the organization.

This order follows the agreement accepted before the Klitschko and Haye fight.  It was established that the winner should fight the winner of the Ruslan Chagaev vs Alexander Povetkin fight, in a period not exceeding 18 months after the fight made on August 27, 2011.

Klitschko vs Povetkin is programmed to take place before February 24, 2013.
