Tijuana Jackie “Aztec Princess” Nava retained her super bantamweight title of World Boxing Association (WBA) with a ten round decision over Colombian Diana Ayala at the Municipal Auditorium in Tijuana. Jackie (27-4-2, 11 KOs) used her boxing ability, a strong jab and rapid movements to outbox Ayala (13-7-0, 7 KOs) over the distance. Ayala was stunned in the last two rounds, but stayed on her feet. All three judges had it 100-90.
