WBA PRESS. December 4. Jaime Barboza from Costa Rica would be the opponent for Peru´s prospect Mauricio Reynoso, next December 8th, in the WBA KO Drugs Jamaica.

Reynoso and Barboza will battle for the WBA Fedelatin Super Middleweight title in a bout schedule for 11 rounds. The Peruvian is undefeated in 15 matches, 14 victories, no defeats, 1 draw and 11 knockouts, while the Costa Rican adds 17 victories, 8 by the way of KO and 7 loses.

The main event will be headlined by Jamaica’s son Nicholas Walters and dangerous Colombian Daulis Prescott for the vacant WBA Featherweight title. The local boxers register 21 victories, no defeats and 17 ko’s; the Colombian Prescott total 26 wins, 1 defeat and 19 ko’s.

Also female boxing would be one of it´s biggest attraction with two championship matches.

The second championship match would be females, Kina Malpartida, WBA Super Featherweight champion, defending her belt, again the North American, former champ, Stancey Reile.

The peruvian most loved athlete has 14 victories, 3 defeats, with 4 ko’s; her opponent records 12 victories, 4 defeats and 4 by ko.

The third world title match would be WBA super bantamweight interim championship against the mexican María Elena Villalobos.

The popular Venezuelan nicknamed “China” is undefeated in 11 bouts with 4 by the way of knockout. Her experience opponent  has 19 bouts, 12 wins, 5 ko’s.  7 loses and 1 draw.

The announced WBA Fedelatin featherweight championship between Panamenian Ricardo Cordoba and Colombian Onalvi Sierra has been cancelled due to an injury of former champ Cordoba.
