Hall of Fame promoter Don King was in Moscow earlier this week along with WBA cruiserweight champion in recess Guillermo Jones, who on May 17 will challenge reigning WBA cruiserweight world champion Denis Lebedev. In just 48 hours, King managed to give a few dozen interviews, experience Russian hospitality at the upscale restaurant “Carlson” and attend a concert by the famous Russian singer Valeriya, who was performing at the Crocus City Hall, which also happens to be the same venue for the Lebedev-Jones fight will take place one month later. When leaving, the 81-year-old King stated he’ll be back on May 17 to personally introduce Guillermo Jones in the Crocus City Hall arena.
