Denkaosen keeps WBA 112 lb belt!

WBA Flyweight champion Denkaosen Kaowichit (48-1-1, 20 KOs), from Thailand, successfully retained his belt as he cleverly kept his distance to batter the belly of 20-year-old Japanese challenger Daiki Kameda (15-2, 11 KOs), throughout the contest and withstood the youngster’s retaliation down the stretch to be awarded a majority but well-received decision (115-113 twice and 114-114) over twelve monotonous rounds on Tuesday in Osaka, Japan.

The 33-year-old Thai veteran registered his second defense since he dethroned Takefumi Sakata via pulverizing second-round demolition in Japan last December.
