WBA Interim Flyweight Champion Luis “El Nica” Concepcion will be making the second defense of his title when he takes on WBA # 14 world ranked and former world champion Eric Ortiz from Mexico next April 22, at Roberto Duran Arena, in Panama City.

The official announcement was recently made by Rogelio Espiño, CEO of Promociones y Eventos del Istmo who will promote the card.
