The WBA has decide to call a purse bid for the match between
Ruslan Chagaev v Nicolay Value II (The rematch). The bid will take place
next Monday, April 13th, 2009 in Vitoria, Spain. The Purse Bid process will be supervised live through video-conference from WBA head office in Panama by WBA Executive Vice-President Mr. Gilberto Jesús Mendoza.
