Former two time world champion Arturo “Thunder” Gatti  was in attendance last February, 19 in Panama City at Atlapa Convention Center for the WBA Fedelatin Flyweight championship card, Gatti received a welcome hand shake from WBA Executive Vice President Gilberto Jesus Mendoza.
