Hometown favorite WBA female super featherweight champion Kina Malpartida (12-3, 3 KOs) retained her title with a ten round unanimous decision over Colombian Liliana Palmera (19-7-2, 12 KOs) on Saturday night in front of 8000+ fans at the Jockey Club in Lima, Peru.

Other than a flash knockdown in the second round, Malpartida was in command the whole way, winning 98-91 on all cards.
