WBA Interim Flyweight champion Luis “El Nica” Concepcion will be making the first defense of the title when he takes on former world champion Roberto “Mako” Leyva of Mexico next November 19, in Panama City, Panama. The official announcement was recently made by WBA Ratings Director Jose Oliver Gomez and promoter Rogelio Espiño, CEO of  Promociones y Eventos del Istmo.
