American referee Raul Caiz Jr. will be the third man in the ring when WBA super featherweight champion Takashi Uchiyama (18-0-1, 15 KOs) faces WBA interim super featherweight champ Bryan Vasquez (29-0, 15 KOs) on Monday at the Ota-City General Gymnasium, Tokyo, Japan. The three judges are Stanley Christodoulou (South Africa), Carlos Sucre (Venezuela) and Silveste Abainza (Philippines). The fight supervisor is Robert Mack (U.S.).

In the other WBA title bout, South African referee Stanley Christodoulou will be the referee when WBA super flyweight champion Tepparith Kokietgym (21-2, 13 KOs) defends his crown against challenger Kohei Kono (27-7, 10 KOs). The three judges are Carlos Sucre (Venezuela), Silvestre Abainza (Philippines) and Raul Caiz Jr. (U.S.). The fight supervisor is Robert Mack (U.S.).
