Vasquez and Apolinario ready to crashWBA Press. March 15. The Panamanian Roberto “La Araña” Vásquez and the Filipino John Mark Apolinario passed the first test for their fight at the convention Center Hard Rock Megapolis, Panamá.

Both fighters made the weight for the World Boxing Association bantamweight Interim title.

The visitor was the first to climb to the balance and hit 117 pounds; While former champion Vasquez who arrived a few minutes later, weighed 118 pounds.

To the weigh-in ceremony attended the judges and referee of the fight: Carla Caiz, Levi Martínez, Nelson Vásquez and Luis Pabon respectively, as well as the Vice President of the WBA, Gilberto Jesús Mendoza.

Prensa AMB. 15 de marzo.- El panameño Roberto “La Araña” Vásquez y el filipino John Mark Apolinario superaron el primer obstáculo para su compromiso de este sábado en el Centro de Convenciones Hard Rock Megapolis, de Panamá.

Ambos peleadores cumplieron con el peso requerido para la pega por el título interino gallo de la Asociación Mundial de Boxeo.

El visitante fue el primero en subir a la balanza y marcar 117 libras; mientras que el ex campeón Vásquez llegó unos minutos más tarde al pesaje, y detuvo la báscula en 118 libras.

En la ceremonia del pesaje estuvieron presentes los jueces y árbitro del compromiso: Carla Caiz, Levi Martínez, Nelson Vásquez y Luis Pabon respectivamente, además del vicepresidente de la AMB, Gilberto Jesús Mendoza.
