Oscar Negrete and Joshua Franco will complete their trilogy this Saturday in Texas as the two fighters will dispute the WBA-International bantamweight belt on the same billboard in which Vergil Ortiz Jr. and Antonio Orozco will meet for the Gold WBA belt of the organization.

It will be the third confrontation between the American Franco, who owns the belt, and also of US nationality but born in Colombia, Oscar Negrete. This will be the third consecutive occasion in which they face each other after two previous matches that very closely contested and left the fans wanting more.

In the first match, they ended in a draw during the month of October last year. In April they returned to the ring for revenge where Joshua won by split decision and kept the international title of the oldest sanctioning body in the world.

Due to parity, the third fight will be held with the same expectations as the previous ones. The two will have to meet for the press conference this week, while this Friday they will have to mark the 118 pound limit dictated by the division.

Joshua has a record of 15 wins, 1 loss, 1 draw, with 7 knockouts. In the case of Negrete, he has a record of 18 wins, 2 losses, 1 draw, and 7 knockouts.
