WBA #11 middleweight Daniel “The Haitian Sensation” Edouard (23-2-2, 14 KOs) stopped Panamanian Jose Arosemena (12-6-2, 10 KOs) at 2:33 of the second round to retain his WBA Fedelatin middleweight championship in the main event of “De Vuelta a Colon”, an exciting boxing card presented by Premium Boxing Promotions at Hotel Melia, Colon, Panama.

Former WBA super bantam champion and WBA #2 Ricardo “El Maestrito” Cordoba (37-2-2, 23 KOs) won a lopsided unanimous decision over eight rounds against Nicaraguan Jose “El Brillo” Gutierrez (12-8-2, 10 KOs). Cordoba dropped Gutierrez in round seven to finally win by 8, 9 and 10 points on the scorecards.

Undefeated WBA #12 rated featherweight Jamaican Nicholas “The Axe Man” Walters (14-0, 11 KOs) stopped Panamanian Alexander Alonso (7-16-1, 3 KOs) by TKO on the sixth and final round of his fight. Walters’s WBA Fedelatin featherweight title was not at stake.
